Pilar Rubio returns to present the adventure reality show “Discovering Canary Islands” for Rakuten TV in collaboration with IPG Media Brands.

In this second edition, 8 contestants from 8 different countries embark on a quest to find the legendary ninth island of the Canary Islands: San Borondón. They will travel through all the islands facing tests and challenges in order to find the secret of the ancient inhabitants of the archipelago to summon the wandering Whale Island whose existence was first documented in the 6th century.
