Can passion sweep away your most deeply held convictions?

Full of hope, Lucía travels to Libya as an NGO volunteer to work in a hospital. He is accompanied in his adventure by his companions Jaime, Berta and Diego. Fascinated by a universe as exotic as it is dangerous, the young woman will discover two opposite poles: those who give their all, like nurse Fathia and doctor Hamid; and those who take advantage of everything, like Hayzam, an ambiguous character who does not commit himself to anyone and who, with his disturbing magnetism, conquers her madly.

There she will also meet Andy (Daniel Grao), the camp chief, an honest man overcome by his responsibility who will fall in love with her; and Julia, a tough veteran in charge of the supplies with a hidden mission… Lucia will be drawn into a powerful plot of intrigue that will threaten to destroy them all.

Based on the novel of the same name by Laura Garzón, it stars Andrea Duro, Daniel Grao, Francesco Arca and Blanca Portillo. Its free-to-air premiere took place on November 11, 2019.
